After obtaining his M.D in (Family Medicine) Degree from the Open International University Faculty of Medical Study in 2002 in (Pak) .He started his career as PGS in Sinova Specialist Hospital, Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Now he completed post graduation requirement (A&E) .Dr Noor Zaman Khan become a member of the World Society of ANTI-aging Medicine (WOSAAM) in Paris, France on 30 December 2007 and also a member of International Hormone Society in North Central& South America on 31 January 2008. He is a founder and Chairman of Pama Medical Group of Compony, Malaysia.

The main objective of this department is to provide excellent and efficient customer service. The marketing department is structured by regions and covered all major continents. This is to ensure that the highest level of service to our customers is achieved. Our motto is making sure of our customers' competitiveness by providing excellent product quality and consistency, prompt delivery of high quality products and competitive prices.

The key function is to plan the production for shipment by considering the production capacity, existing stock, buyer's requirement, delivery schedule, priority or urgency of an order.

To ensure that the requirements of International Standard are implemented and maintained at all times. Reporting the performance of quality system to the Management for review and as a basis for improvement.

The PSD primary objective is to evaluate the current process operations and procedures in order to improve, up-grade and increase the process efficiency, capability, product quality as well as potential cost saving. Process evaluation shall be carried out when the need arises or sense of necessity for further improvement on raw materials, process parameters, factory operations and end products.

The Internal Audit Department's primary purpose is to provide professional evaluations to Pama Medical Group of Componies. Secondly, to assist Management in controlling areas of responsibilities and to ensure that the group's policies and procedures are followed to achieve the objectives.

To establish and improve progressively a management information and control framework in order to capture relevant and accurate timely data at a cost effective manner and convert it into value added management information. This will enable the Management to plan, decide and control activities more effectively.

To provide the right manpower size and trained personnel to help the company achieve its goals. To set a conducive working environment for Management and Staff to work efficiently and effectively towards company's objectives.
